长沙交通学院1996～2002年论文产出统计分析

Statistical and Analysis of the Paper Output of Changsha Communications University from 1996 to 2002

为了找出论文产出过程中的薄弱环节,使论文产出管理得到重视,建立健全和完善论文产出管理机制,积极促进科研管理改革,通过对长沙交通学院1996～2002年论文产出进行统计与分析,得出以下主要结论:一些学科由于过分注重工程技术服务,或者不重视科研对教学的促进作用,导致这些学科的论文产出量过低;论文作者的年龄结构和职称结构不断趋向合理和完善;通过对论文作者所选目标刊的分析,呼吁论文作者尽快增强"选择目标刊"意识。针对论文产出过程中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。

In order to find out the weak linkage in the process of papers output, to make the administration of papers output be emphasized, to adopt paper output management measures in view of the weak linkage, to establish and perfect paper output managerial mechanism and to promote the reform of scientific research administration, the statistics and analysis of the papers output of Changsha Communications University from 1996 to 2002 are made in this paper. The following conclusions based on statistics and analyses are drawn: for some traditional disciplines of our university too much attention is paid to technological service, which leads to low paper output in these disciplines; the age distribution and the academic title composition of paper authors tend to be more reasonable and more perfect; after analyzing the target publications contributed by paper authors, the authors advise authors to pay more attention to 'Target Publication contribution' as soon as possible.
