摘要
人力资源开发是我国西部大开发的重要内容。本文设置了一系列衡量人力资源开发程度的指标,并利用这些指标对我国西部地区的人力资源开发状况进行了深入的分析。通过与国内东、中部地区人力资源开发状况的比较,得出若干重要结论。
Human resource development is the important content of the development of western regions of China.This paper has set up a series of indexes measuring the human resource develop-ment,and makes deep analysis of the human resource develop-ment state of Westchina by using these indexes.It draws several important conclusions by making a comparison of human resource development state between the eastern and middle parts.
