人工椎体置换治疗颈椎颈髓伤体会

Experience of artificial Vertebrae Replacement for 2 Cases of Cervical Spine and Cord injuries

运用上海手术器械六厂生产的伸缩型人工椎体治疗颈椎骨折伴四肢不完全瘫痪2例。术后随访,双上肢功能明显改善,双下肢无变化,人工椎体位置良好,1例7个月时死于肺炎,另1例1年后仍幸存。文中介绍了手术方法和手术注意事项,并对手术适应证进行了探讨。

Use of the artificial vertebrae made in Shanghai Sixth Surgical Apparatus and Instrument Factory for 2 cases of cervical spine fractures with incomplete quadriplegia was reported. A significant neurological improvement in pectoral limbs was demonstrated after operation,no change in pelvic limbs. The x-ray films revealed the artificial vertebrae in good alignmet. One developed pneumonia and died 7 months following operation, and another still survived over 1 year. The surgical technique, attention,and its indication were described and discussed.
