“止泻退热微丸”对机体肠道局部免疫的促进作用

本文用火箭电泳法测定了正常儿童和腹泻、痢疾患儿粪便中SIgA量,儿童初患病时,粪便SIgA含量稍低于正常儿童,但差别不显著,患儿用药后粪便中SIgA含量明显增加(P<0.01)。说明该药不仅对多种病毒和细菌有抑制作用而且有补脾虚之功效,通过调节机体的免疫功能进而发挥其抗抑菌作用,为临床应用“止泻退热微丸”治疗病原微生物引起的腹泻和痢疾提供了实验依据。

Fecal SIgA contents in the children with diarrhea and normal children were measured with rapid sensitive rocket electrophoresis. The result showed that fecal SIgA content in the children with the firt sympton of diarrhea was little lower than that in normal children. However the difference had no significance. After treatment of diarrhea with the drug, SIgA content in their feces significantly increased (p<0.01)which indicated that the drug had not only inhibitory effect on various virus and bacteria, but also restoring effect on insufficiency of the spleen and produced anti--inflammatory and bacteriostatic effect through adjusting the immunologic function of organism. This paper has provided experimental evidence for treatment of pathogenic microorganism with antidiarrheal -- defervescent micro -- pill in clinic.
