深度烧损伤创面分型研究

Classifying index for deep burn injuries

将深度烧损伤(4度烧伤)创面内的血管、神经、骨、肌腱、关节囊和肌肉等,按其不同的损伤程度分别给定相应的指数。并按每一部位总指数的大小将损伤分为轻、中、重和特重等4型。以此分析了95例病人的266个烧损伤部位,提示,这一数字化方法对4度烧伤局部伤情判定、治疗、预后及分析研究提供了一个简单可靠的依据。

Department of Plastic Surgery and Burns, Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi Medical College. Indexes of the vessels, nerves, bones, tendones, muscles, joint capsales and so on in the wounds of deep burns were proposed, varying with the damage extent involving exposure, lesion, necrosis and loss the tissues. According to the total index added up in each wound four damage types including slight, median, serious and especial serious were established. Using this method we analysed 266 burn places of 95 patients, which showed that the index provides a simple and reliable method for the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis as well as the further studies in the field of the deep burn injuries.
