高压电击伤大鼠的组织学及超微结构

摘要 对高压电击伤大鼠双后肢创口进行肌组织的病理学检查。观察到肉眼下基本正常的创周肌肉,光镜及电镜下均有部分变性或坏死改变,48h内趋于完全坏死。同样创口皮瓣修复后24h,可见断裂肌纤维有新生的结缔组织及而后出现的新生肌细胞。2周内基本接近正常状态。 The phathologic changes of muscular tissue in the high voltage electrical injuries of the rat were investigated in this paper. It is found that partial muscle fibers were already degen- erated or necrosed immediately post injury and necrosed compietely in the 48th hour after in- jury, wheras no observably abnormal change observed in of the same muscles could be found in immediately gross inspection. In the fragmentary muscle fibers of the wound which were repaired with flap using conservative debridement method, the neoformative connective tissue appeared in the 24th hour postoperatively, neogenetic muscle fibers emerged a few days late, until the 14th day all ultrastructures were near to normal.
