人胚胎胰腺的组织发生

摘要 本文应用45例5—38周龄人胚胎和1例成人胰腺研究人胰腺发生。材料用Bouin固定,用EH、Gomori醛品红和SPA—HRP免疫组织化学法染色,并用立体计量术做定量分析。实验表明,初级胰岛第3个月出现,第6—7个月大部分退化;次级胰岛从第4个月开始出现。第7个月胰腺做为同种异体移植供体较理想。 Fourty -- five pancreases of the human embryoes and fetuses ranging from 5 -- 38W of age and a pancreas of adult were used to study the development of the human pancreas. All pancreases were fixed in Bouin, stained with HE, gomori aldehyde fuchsin and SPA -- HRP immunocytochemistry stain, The stereology quantitation was adopted to quantative analysis. The experiment proved that the primary islands seemed to appear by 3 month and degenerat- ed for most part by 6 -- 7 month, the secondary from the fouth month appeared. The pancres of 7th month was ideal as donor of homotransplation of pancreas.
