论全球化背景下我国成人高等教育的国际化

On the Internationalization of Chinese Adult Higher Education in the Background of Globalization

全球化已成为势不可挡的潮流,全球化需要大量熟悉国际经济运作,了解各国国情、法律、文化,熟练掌握外语和科技的人才。全球化推动了教育的国际化。成人高等教育作为培养人才的重要阵地,必须主动适应全球化、国际化的趋势。分析了全球化和成人高等教育国际化的内涵及其形成原因,探讨了我国成人高校国际化进程中应采取的举措。

Globalization has been an irresistible trend in the world, which requires a large number of intellectuals to become familiar with international economy and the conditions of various countries. Also these talents should possess a fluent foreign language as well as technology. Globalization pushes forward educational internationalization. As the important basis of talents cultivation, adult higher education is supposed to keep in line with trend of globalization and internationalization actively. This paper tends to explore the definitions, implications and causes of globalization in addition to the internationalization of adult higher education. Finally this paper puts forwards to several measures to deal with the internationalization of adult higher education.
