消费生活方式不仅影响着个人的生存、享受和发展,而且关系到社会的安危。应该提高消费中的"文化"含量,加强对消费心理、消费行为的引导,弘扬节俭的时代精神,提高精神文化消费的比重,提高精神文化产品质量,从而促进人的全面发展,促进社会经济的发展,实现人的发展与社会经济发展的良性循环,物质文明与精神文明的良性循环,全面建设小康社会。

The consumption mode affects not only the individual existence, enjoyment and development but also the security of the society. Thus the cultural content of consumption should be enhanced. The guidance of consuming psychology and consuming behaviors should be strengthened.
