浅谈成人高校固定资产管理中存在的问题及对策

成人高校的固定资产管理中普遍存在着管理机构不健全、体系不完整、制度不完善、配置不合理、家底不清、造成大量资产流失账外的现象 ,还存在偏重金额、数量验收 ,忽视质量跟踪验收 ;长期不进行固定资产的盘点、清查 ;校办产业无偿占用学校的固定资产等问题。要从根本上改变这一状况 ,必须树立新理念 。

A series of problems exist in management of fixed assets in adult colleges,such as imperfect managing organization,incomplete managing system,defective regulation,unreasonable disposal,countless assets draining out of accounts resulting from inaccurate property recording,laying particular stress on check in amount and quantity,without stock taking and check for a long time,college run enterprises occupying fixed assets of colleges freely,etc.In order to change the situation completely,new concepts must be established and modern information technology must function in strengthening systematic management of fixed assets in adult colleges.
