摘要
教学评价是教师教学工作的重要动力源 ,同时也是确保高校教育质量的有效手段。教学评价不应局限教学目标 ,应侧重于教学全过程 ,它至少应有自我评价、教师互相评价、学生评价和社会评价等几部分组成 ,只有在建立起科学、公正评价体系的前提下 ,评价才能真正体现诊断、鉴定、反馈、调节、发展等功能。
Teaching valuation is the important motivation for teaching work as well as the effective measure for ensuring the teaching quality in colleges and universities.Teaching valuation,which consists at least of self valuation,mutual valuation of teachers,students' valuation and social valuation.etc,shouldn't be limited on teaching purpose,but should stress on the whole teaching courses.And only under the circumstance of setting up the scientific and fair valuation system,can the valuation really reflect its functions as diagnosis,authentication,feedback,adjustment and development,etc.
