摘要
我们应用口服国产尼莫地平(NMP)治疗冠心病心绞痛36例,临床观察提示NMP控制心绞痛发作总有效率为88.％;ECG心肌缺血改善率为80.6％,对高血脂病人有降血脂作用,对合并高血压者有降压作用。NMP副作用轻微,长期服用安全范围大,有一定的实用价值。
We used oral administration of Nimodipine made in China for treatment of 36 patients of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease. The clinical observations shows that the total effective rate of Nimodipine for the suppression of angina pectoris attacks was 88. 9%, and the rate of improvement myocardial ischemia on ECG was 80. 6%, with an effect on decreasing lipids in serum of patients with hyperlipidemias and effect on lowing blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The side -- effect of Nimodipine is slight. With prolonged administration it has a wider range of safety due to slight side -- effect of Nimodipine and also it has some practicable value.
