摘要
本文采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法和TBA比色法测定刺五加(相当于生药1.5g/kg)、维生素E(250μg/kg)对老龄小鼠红细胞、心脏中SOD活性和血清、心脏中LPO含量的影响。结果表明:刺五加能显著提高老龄小鼠红细胞、心脏中SOD活性(P<0.01),在同一老龄小鼠也相应的显著降低血清、心脏中LPO含量(P<0.01)。与维生素E比较作用稍差。有抗衰老作用。
The effects of Acanthopanax Sentlcosus (AS)and Vitamine E on the red cells, the heart SOD activity and the heart LPO level in elderly morse were measured by improved selt- oxidization of pyrogallic acid and colorimetric mrthod. The results showed that AS significantly increased the red cells, the heart SOD activity (P<0. 01)and obviously deceased the heart LPO level (P<0. 01) in the elderiy mouse, with an anti -- senility effect, However, the effect of AC in not sogood as that of vitamine E.
