摘要
本文在对切削加工中进给方向毛剌生成机理研究的基础上,通过实验观察和分析,给出了表示切削加工中进给方向毛刺产生与否的物理量——临界主偏角 x_c,并讨论了若干因素对临界主偏角 x 的影响.进而开发出几种控制和减小进给方向毛剌的新方法.
Based on the study of generating mechanism of leaned burr in the process of cutting,the paper gave the physical quantity of determining the generating of leaned bur(?)-critical entering angle x_(?) and discussed several factors on the effect of critical entering angle x_(?).Therefore new methods to repress and decrease leaned burr were developed,
