摘要 明朝的开中盐法以弘治五年叶淇变法为标志 ,前后经历了由纳粟中盐为主到纳银中盐为主的衍变。这个衍变是明朝社会经济发展的必然结果 。 Whether regard Ye Qi constitutional reform as sign of the Ming Dynasty's Kaizhong salt law,before and after go through from handing in the grain and gain the salt ticket to paying silver last salt ticket from development.It is the inevitable outcome of social economic development of Ming Dynasty that this develops,it is a progress of degree of legal system of salt.
