摘要
我国旅游事业发展迅速,并有进一步拓展海外市场的广阔空间。但目前我国对外介绍景点的英文文本不多,且翻译质量也不尽人意。本文作者在大量翻译实践的基础上,总结介绍旅游翻译的经验和方法。
Tourism translation is booming in China, but most English versions of tourism are poorly done, for there are lots of unique items in China that have never been described before in English. So the author offers his experience in Guangdong tourism translation, putting forth some personal suggestions, which are likely to be useful to translators in this regard.
