本文阐述了滚珠丝杠螺母间的预紧力及滚珠丝杠轴向预加负载的合理确定,并根据决定滚珠丝杠进给传动装置轴向变形的主要因素,利用串联零件综合刚度的计算方法和弹性理论,给出了滚珠丝杠进给传动装置的轴向刚度计算公式.
At first this paper determines the preload between ball screw and nut,as well as the predrawing force of the ball screw,And then according to the main factors that affect the axial deformation,the axial rigidity of the executive transmission mechanism of ball screw is calculated by means of the calculation method of overall rigidity in series elements.
