心安颗粒对病毒性心肌炎心肌酶指标影响的观察

The Influence of XinAn Granule on Myocardial Enzymes of Viral Myocarditis

目的 :探讨病毒性心肌炎病人心肌酶的变化及心安颗粒对心肌酶的影响。方法 :随机将 90例VMC病人分为心安颗粒组(治疗组 )和黄芪精口服液组 (对照组 ) ,观察治疗前后心肌酶的变化。结果 :与对照组比较 ,治疗前两组心肌酶无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后治疗组GOT、LDH、CK、CK -MB明显降低(P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组仅LDH、CK、CK -MB明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,且CK、CK -MB参数的降低程度不及治疗组 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :心安颗粒在降低VMC病人心肌酶 (尤其是CK及CK -MB)方面具有一定优势。

Objective:To explore the chang of myocardial enzyme of viral myocarditis(VMC) and affect of Xin An guanule on myocardial enzyme.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of Xin An guanule and contrast group of Astragalus Spirit oral liquid.To observe the change before and after treatment.Results: Myocardial enzyme had no statistic meaning before treatment between two group(P>0.05).After treatment ,GOT?LDH?CK?CK-MB of treatment group were evidently decreased (P<0.01).However contrast group only LDH?CK?CK-MB were evidently decreased (P<0.01).Degree of CK?CK-MB decrease was inferior to treatment group(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion:Xin An grain had some adventage to lower myocardial enzyme of patients(most of all was CK and CK-MB).
