肝脓肿的超声诊断及误诊分析

The Diagnosis of Liver Abscess by Sonography and Analysis Misdiagnosis

目的 分析肝脓肿的声像图特点及超声误诊原因。方法 对36例经手术或穿刺证实的肝脓肿患者的超声图像进行分析,并分析超声误诊原因。结果 肝脓肿肿块检出率100％,诊断符合率为91.6％(33/36)。结论 肝脓肿的超声图像有一定特征性,超声在肝脓肿的诊断、治疗上有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging of liver abscess and the factors of misdiagnosis by ultrasound. Methods 36 cases of liver abscess that were previously examined by sonography and then verified by surgery operation or puncture extraction were studied. Furthermore the factors of the misdiagnosis by sonography were discussed. Results The liver abscess masses were successfully identified by B - mode sonography all patients (100% ) and the diagnostic accuracy is 91.6% (33/36). Conclusion The ultrasonograghy is highly valuable for diagnosis and therapy of liver abscess. The ultrasonic imaging characteristic of the liver abscess is partially summarized in this paper.
