摘要 口服药物的生物利用度被认为仅与胃肠道吸收和肝脏的首过代谢有关.然而随着对小肠生理功能认识的深化,已经了解小肠在药代动力学过程中不仅专司吸收,还在药物的代谢、转运和消除中发挥着重要作用.
