广西恭城地区瑶族人群ABO血型调查分析

A SURVEY ON DISTRIBUTION OF BLOOD GROUP SYSTEMS IN YAO ETHNIC GROUPS IN GONGCHENG COUNTRY IN GUANGXI PROVINCE

目的 :了解广西瑶族人群的 ABO血型的分布情况及瑶族族源。方法 :对同一县内的 4个瑶族聚居乡镇随机抽样 5 0 0人 ,采用无名指尖取血目测双凹玻片凝集法。结果 :被调查的 5 0 0名广西恭城瑶族自治县瑶族居民的 ABO血型分布为 :A型 1 4 4人 ,占 2 8.74 % ;B型 1 2 9人 ,占 2 5 .86 % ;O型 2 0 1人 ,占 4 0 .2 3% ;AB型 2 6人 ,占 5 .1 7% ;由此可计算出 A、B、O的基因频率分别为 p =0 .1 879,q =0 .1 70 3,r =0 .6 4 1 8;瑶族的民族指数为 1 .0 92 6。结论 :恭城瑶族自治县瑶族居民的 ABO血型频率分布为 O>A>B>AB,符合长江流域血型分布的特点 ,这一结论可作为瑶族先民历史上居于长江流域的论据。

Objective:To get datum about the distribution of ABO blood group of the Yao ethnic group in Gongcheng county in Guangxi.Methods:The survey was based on 500 cases of Yao ethnic group which come from four Yao towns in the same county.We adopted the method of abtaining the blood blood type from thirth finger, then put it on the double concave pane, so that we could see it condense directly.Result:The results based on 500 cases of ABO blood group systems in Yao ethnic group in Gongcheng county in Guangxi showed that A group had 144 people, accoumting for 28.74%; blood type group had 129 people, account for 25.86%; blood type O group had 201 people, accounting for 40.23%;blood type AB group had 26 people, accounting for 5.17%.So we can get the calculation that the gene frequency of A is p=0.187 9;the gene frequency of B is q=0.170 3, the gene frequency of O is r=0.641 8; the national index of Yao ethnic group is 1.092 6.Conclusion:The distribution of ABO blood group system frequency of Yao ethnic group in Gongcheng county in Guangxi is O>A>B>AB, which is in accordance with the characters of distribution of blood group systems in the Yangtze River valley. This conclusion may be as a basis to prove that the ancestors of Yao ethnic group inhabited the Yangtze River valley.
