摘要
由于近视眼动物模型的建立 ,人们认识到近视眼是在神经递质作用下眼球生长重塑的结果。在近视形成过程中眼内神经递质直接调节巩膜的生长状态和脉络膜厚度的变化。大量研究证明 ,乙酰胆碱及其受体拮抗剂与实验性近视眼的形成关系密切。因此 ,本文着重对胆碱能系统在实验性近视形成过程中的作用作一综述。
