两种培养基对病原性耶尔森氏菌检测的效果观察

Results observation for two kinds of culture medium to examine patbogenetic Yersinia genus

目的 观察VYE和IN培养基检查病原性Yersinia(耶尔森氏菌)属菌的作用效果。方法 通过VYE和IN培养基培养后挑选可疑菌落进行生化鉴定实验,鉴别病原性Yersinia属菌。结果 VYE培养基检出率比IN培养基高,二者并用于病原性Yersinia属菌很容易与非病原性Yersinia属菌区别。结论 VYE和IN两种培养基并用,方法简便易行,建议推广应用。

Objective To observe effects of action for VYE and IN culture medium to examine pathogenetic Yersinia. genus. Methods We selected suspicious bacterial spots to identify experiments in biochemistry and determine pathogenetic Yersinia genus after VYE and IN culture medium had been trained. Results Check rate of VYE is higher than that of IN, and pathogenetic Yersinia is easily distinguished from non - pathogenetic Yersinia after two kinds of culture medium are mixed together. Conclusion The two kinds of culture medium are mixed to use is both simple and convenient , and should be spreaded and applied.
