摘要
[目的 ] 了解目前医院岗位工资体系中存在的问题 ,并进行分析 ,寻求能够发挥岗位工资激励作用的方法 ,为医院的岗位工资改革提供一点建议。 [方法 ] 随机抽取新华医院 160位医师进行问卷调查 ,了解他们对岗位工资的满意程度、认知程度。 [结果 ] 40岁以下、中级职称以下、工龄 2 0年以下的员工满意度较低 ,分别为 9%、8.79%、8.99%。 [结论 ] 目前各专业技术职称的医师岗位工资级差没有被合理地拉开 ,与他们所期望的相去甚远 ,因此无法发挥应有的激励作用。
To understand and analyze the problem existed in the hospital's wages system, in order to find a method which can be used to motivate the employees and give suggestions for reform of the post wages system. 160 doctors were randomly selected and interviewed by questionnaires for their understanding and satisfaction of post wages. The percentages of satisfaction were comparatively low. For staff under 40, middle level and work years under 20 the rate of satisfaction was 9.00%, 8.79% and 8.99% respectively. [Conclusion] At present, the wages system has no incentive function because the margin of the rank has not been created reasonably.
