本文探讨了低V在白口铸铁中的合金化和稀土变质的作用。确定了低V抗磨铸铁的最佳化学成分和热处理工艺,探讨了白口铸铁的强韧化机理。实验结果证明,低V抗磨铸铁的耐磨性可比高铬铸铁提高一倍。
An investigation was concerned with the effect of alloying elements v and RE modifier on the structure and properties of white cast iron. The cptimun chemical Composition and heat treatment process of low v abrasion resistant white cast iron have heen determined.
