Study on the signs of Ureteral Negative calculi in intravenous urography

目的 :通过分析 80例输尿管阴性结石的IVU表现 ,进一步加深对输尿管阴性结石X线诊断的认识。方法 :80例病例中 ,男 5 2例 ,女 2 8例 ,年龄 1 8～ 2 9岁 ,均行IVU检查。结果 :输尿管阴性结石位于输尿管上段 1 3例 ,中段 2 8例 ,下段 39例。他们部分具有下列相关征象 :充盈缺损 ;结石染色 ;输尿管某短段造影剂中断 ;输尿管某段突然萎陷变窄 ;截断征 ;白肾征 ;一侧输尿管全程显影伴轻度扩张。结论

Objective: To assess the efficacy of intravenous urography (IVU) in ureteral negative calculi. Method: IVU was taken in 80 patients with suspected calculi in urinary system. Results: Ureteral negative calculi were found 13 cases in the superior segment of ureters, 28 in the middle and 39 in the inferior. They would partially had the signs in filling defect, calculi staining, shortly break in ureter, collapse or narrow in ureter, interruption, kidney blanking and visualization with slightly expanding in the full tract of unilateral ureter. Conclusions: Intravenous urography was an effective and accurate pathway to diagnosis of the urinary diseases especial in the patients with ureteral negative calculi.
