Experience of inter-atrial septal puncture in percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty in 96 patients

目的 :探讨经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术 (PBMV)中房间隔穿刺术的方法学和安全性。方法 :96例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术中采用综合房间隔穿刺点定位法穿刺房间隔。结果 :95例获得成功 ,其中 92例一次成功 ,1例失败 ,穿刺成功者PBMV均获得成功。结论

Objective: To evaluate methology and safty of inter-atrial septal puncture in patients undergoing percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV).Methods: We used modified comprehensive localization approach to puncture atrial septum in 96 patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis undergoing PBMV.Results: The procedure succeeded in 95 patients, and it did only once in 92 patients, it failed in one patient. PBMV was performed successfully in all patients after the transseptal puncture.Conclusion: The modified comprehensive localization method is a safe and effective means for atrial septum puncture.
