输尿管硬镜处理复杂肾结石残余结石

The application of rigid ureteroscope in and after operation of complicated renal calculi

目的 :提高复杂肾结石的治疗水平。方法 :采用输尿管硬镜在术中从肾实质切口 ,术后从肾造瘘口取肾内残余结石。结果 :5例手术中取石 ,4例取净 ;1 1例手术后取石 ,其中 3例一次取石 ,5例二次取石 ,3例三次取石 ,7例取净。结论 :复杂肾结石术中。

Purpose:To improve the treatment level of complicated renal calculi.Methods:The clinical use of rigid ureteroscopy of 16 cases were retrospectively analysed. We use the rigid ureteroscope through incisions of the renal parenchyma in operation and fistulas after operation to deal with the remnant stones.Results:All the remnant stones were cleared in 4 cases of the 5 patients who performed the procedure in operation. Among the 11 patients whose procedure were manipulated after operation, 3 cases performed one time, 5 patients performed two times and the others three times,there were no remnant stones found in 7 cases.Conclusions:Combining with the riqid ureteroscope in or after operation is a safe and effective method to deal with residual stones and should be recommended.
