肾上腺皮质黑腺瘤8例报告

Diagnosis and treatment of adrenal cortex black adenoma (Report of 8 cases)

目的 :提高肾上腺皮质黑腺瘤的诊治水平。方法 :回顾性分析 8例肾上腺皮质黑腺瘤患者的临床资料。结果 :肿瘤均经手术完整切除 ,并经病理检查证实为肾上腺皮质黑腺瘤。结论 :肾上腺皮质黑腺瘤的确诊需经病理检查证实 。

Purpose:To elevate the diagnosis and treatment level of adrenal cortex black adenoma.Methods:The clinical data of 8cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the tumors were resected completely and confirmed by pathology.Conclusions:The final diagnosis depends on pathology, surgical operation may be a main method for the treatment of this disease.
