口服甘露醇在B超检查输尿管疾病中的应用

Application of oral mannitol in the ultrasound diagnosis of ureter diseases

目的 :探讨提高常规B超对输尿管的显示率的方法。方法 :在常规B超检查输尿管上段积水时 ,由于肠道气体的干扰 ,使输尿管中段显示不清的病例中 ,采用口服 2 0 %的甘露醇 2 5 0ml的方法 ,使肠道充盈液体 ,减少气体干扰。结果 :本组 2 2例 ,口服甘露醇后 ,1 8例的超声图像质量有了明显改善 ,4例图像无明显改善。其中有改善的 1 8例中 1 6例发现结石 ,2例发现输尿管狭窄。结论 :口服甘露醇可使肠道充盈液体 ,排除肠道气体的干扰 ,提高超声对输尿管疾病 。

Purpose:To study the value of oral mannitol in the improvement of ultrasound diagnosis of ureter diseases.Methods:The routine ultrasound examination was performed in 22 patients with upper ureter hydrocel whose ultrasonic images were interfered by intestinal gas before & after oral mannitol administration.Results:After oral mannitol administration, image quality was greatly improved in 18 cases, stone was found in 16 cases, stenosis of ureter was observed in 2 cases. Conclusions:Oral administration of mannitol is helpful to detect ureter lesions in ultrasound imaging. This approach is proved to be a valid way to scan urteter diseases.
