雌激素与缺血性脑损伤 被引量:1

摘要 雌激素对缺血性脑损伤具有保护作用。其作用机制是多因素的,涉及脑血管扩张、局部脑血流量增加、葡萄糖转运蛋白-1的表达、抗氧化作用、抑制兴奋性氨基酸和降低钙离子超载及上调抑制凋亡相关基因的表达等。
