17β-雌二醇对MG63细胞和正常人成骨细胞雌激素受体β表达的上调作用 被引量:7

Upregulatory effect of 17β-estradiol on estrogen receptorβexpression in MG63 cells and human osteoblast-like cells

摘要 观察不同浓度17β-雌二醇(17β-E_2)对培养MG63细胞和人成骨样细胞(HOB)雌激素受体β(ERβ)表达的影响,结果显示在MG63细胞ERβ的表达上调与17β-E_2(0~1×10^(-6)mol/L)呈剂量依赖性关系,而在HOB细胞ERβ最大表达的17β-E_2的最适浓度为1×10^(-8)mol/L。 The effect of 17β-estradiol ( 17β-E2 ) on expression of estrogen receptor β( ERβ) was observed in cultured MC63 cells and human osteoblast-like (HOB) cells. The results show that the expression of ER* is in a dose-dependent manner with 17p-E2 (0-1×10-6 mol/L) in MC63 cells and has an optimal 17β-E2 concentration (1×10-8 mol/L) in HOB cells resulting in maximum expression of ERp protein.
