The Coming of Another Major Social Division of Labor-Logistics Economy in the New Economy

物流经济作为一个新兴的经济形态越来越受到企业界和经济学界的关注,已经成为经济学研究的热点之一。本文从物流与物流经济入手,着重阐述了传统物流经济与现代物流经济的区别,并指出现代物流经济是在传统物流经济的基础上,借助于现代科技进行系统而有效的整合形成的。它的出现标志着又一次社会大分工的到来,具有重要的战略意义。

As a new economic pattern, logistics economy has been increasingly attracting attention from entrepreneurs and economists' circles. It also has become a focus of economic study. Starting with the definitions of logistics and logistics economy, this paper expounds how traditional logistics economy differs from its modern counterpart, and besides, it points out that modern logistics economy grows out of its traditional counterpart by means of effective and systematical utilization of modern sciences and technologies. The paper draws a conclusion that the emergence of modern logistics economy indicates the coming of another major social division of labor, which contains far-reachingsignificance
