摘要
客户服务是物流活动过程的重要内容,本文从客户服务的观点出发,对我国物流业中客户服务和服务对象等进行了分析,并探讨了物流企业客户服务的评估方法,提出了改善物流活动中客户服务的一些措施。
Customer service plays an important part in the logistics. This article starts with the view of the customer service, analyzes the customer service and the object of the service, discusses the method of evaluating the customer service in the logistics enterprise, and brings forward some measures on improving the customer service in the logistics.
