摘要
研究了通过电导滴定测定黑荆树皮栲胶降解产物羧基含量的方法,同时对样品的处理、样品浓度、滴定剂浓度、滴定速度等影响测定的因素进行了讨论,提出了适宜的测定控制条件。结果表明黑荆树皮栲胶降解产物随氧化降解程度的加大,羧基含量增加。
The method of determining the content of carboxyl group in oxidizing degraded products of Black Wattle Extract by conductometric titration was studied. The effective factors, such as treatment of the sample, concentration of the sample and titrant, speed of titration, etc. were discussed meanwhile. The suitable determination condition was presented. It shows that the higher the degree of degradation of Black Wattle Extract, the more the content of carboxyl group.
