加脂剂FP-Ⅱ的合成及应用研究

Study on Preparation and Application of Fatliquor FP-Ⅱ

以猪油、聚乙二醇、顺丁烯二酸酐及亚硫酸氢钠为原料,当三者的摩尔比为1∶3 5∶3∶3及醇解反应、酯化反应和亚硫酸化应反的温度分别为140℃、90℃及75℃时制得了加酯剂FP-Ⅱ,应用实验结果表明该加脂剂具有良好的柔软、丰满耐贮存的特点。

Using pig oil,polyethyleneglycol,maleic anhydride and isulfated(NaHSO3)as raw materials,the fatliquor FP-Ⅱ was preparated when their molar ratio was 1∶35∶3∶3 and temperatures of alcoholysis,esterification and sulfiting reaction were 140℃,90℃ and 75℃respertively.The application results showed that the fatliquoring leather have excellent softness,full and storable.
