摘要
对比了常规脱脂条件及施加超声波对猪皮脱脂的影响。实验选取了20kHz和40kHz两种频率的超声波进行研究。结果表明,超声波作用于脱脂过程有助于生皮中脂肪的溶解除去以及表皮的脱落,而不会导致胶原纤维的明显变化。
The ultrasounds of 20 KHz and 40 KHz were used in experiments and the effects of ultrasound on degreasing of pig skins were studied.The results showed that ultrasound can promote the dissolution of greasein raw skins and the removal of epiderm.Meanwlile,the structure of collagen is well kept in this process.
