摘要
将三氯化磷与甲醇反应制得亚磷酸二甲酯 ,在强碱性 (醇钠 )条件下将其与丙烯酰胺进行共轭加成反应得到 3- (二甲氧基磷酰基 )丙酰胺 ,再将其与甲醛进行羟甲基化反应生成阻燃剂 N-羟甲基 - 3- (二甲氧基磷酰基 )丙酰胺 。
A new type flame retardant of phosphite ester wes synthesized by phosphorus trichloride, methynol acrylamide and formaldehyde. The dimethoxy phosphite ester has been prepared by reaction of phosphorus tritochloride with methynol. Then the 3-(dimethoxy phosphoryl) propionamidle has been synthesized by reaction of the dimethoxy phosphite ester and acrylamide in the sovent of benzene and catlyst of sodium methoxide. Finally, The flame retardant N-hydroxymethyl-3-(dimethoxy phosphoryl) propioamidle has been obtained by reaction of the 3-(dimethoxy phosphoryl) propionamide with formaldehyde. The optimum reaction conditions and applications also have studied in the paper.
