摘要 组织芯片技术为进行多种肿瘤的多指标 (DNA、mRNA、蛋白指标 )高通量原位分析提供了时间、空间和资源的可行性并最大程度上保证实验条件的一致 ,可广泛应用于肿瘤候选基因及其临床特性的确定、肿瘤预后的判断、肿瘤免疫治疗效果的评价以及肿瘤的分子诊断、肿瘤治疗靶点的筛选 ,显著加速基因组学和蛋白组学成果在肿瘤临床中的应用。 Tissue chip(tissue microarrays,TMAs)provide a powerful approach to high-volume simultaneous analysis of molecular targets at the DNA,mRNA and protein levels under identical,standardized conditions,and also provide maximal preservation and utilization of limited and irreplaceable archival tissue samples.TMAs were applied to identify new candidate genes and their clinical impact in large series of human tumors,to evaluate prognostic and the effect of immunotherapy in cancer,to identify new molecule diagnostic markers or immunotherapeutic targets,to accelerate applying the outcome of genomics and proteomics in clinical oncology.
