主要介绍了 ITO膜透明导电玻璃的主要特性、结构、导电机理、半导化机理、制备方法 。
The paper introduces the principal specialities,configuration,principle of electric conduction,semiconducting mechanism and fabrication technique of the transparent and conductive glass with ITO film,its applications in the field of LCD and other domains are also discussed.
