清宫止血颗粒防治药流后阴道出血的临床观察 附:178例病例报告

Clinical Observation on Qing-gong Zhi-xue Drop to Vaginal Hemorrhage Induced by Drug-induced Abortion A Report of 178 Cases

目的 探寻防治药流后阴道不规则出血的有效、低毒新药 ,为进一步推广此法扫清障碍。方法 将符合诊断和入选标准的药流后阴道不规则出血、并自愿参予本课题临床试验的 178例受试者分为 3组 ,即 :清宫止血颗粒治疗组 (6 6例 )、益母草对照组 (5 9例 )和空白对照组 (5 3例 ) ,在严密观察和保证安全的前提下进行试验。前 2组在接受药流后分别服用清宫止血颗粒、益母草冲剂治疗 ,空白对照组则不服用任何药物 ,观察其自然恢复过程。结果 清宫颗粒组受试者其出血时间短于其余 2组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ;其出血量少于其余 2组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ;其完全流产率高于其余 2组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ;其月经恢复时间短于其余 2组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。结论 清宫止血颗粒对药流后不规则阴道出血有良好的防治作用 ,其疗效优于益母草冲剂。

Objective:To explore new medicines of effectiveness and low toxicity for treating vaginal hemorrhage induced by drug-induced abortion, which can clear the way for further progress in implementing drug-induced abortion.Methods:178 patients of vaginal hemorrhage induced by drug-induced abortion who reached the diagnostic and selective criteria were voluntarily chosen as subjects for the clinical experiments of this project. They were divided into three groups named Qing-gong Zhi-xue drop(QGZXD) group(66 cases), Yi-mu-cao infusion (YMCI)group (59 cases) and blank contrastive group(53 cases). Experiments were conducted under intensive observation and safety guarantee. The former two groups were treated with QGZXD and YMCI respectively. The blank contrastive group was not treated with any medicine in order to observe their processes of natural recovery. Result:In terms of QGZXG group, the duration of vaginal bleeding was shorter than those of the other two groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05); the quantity of bleeding was less than those of the other two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05); the ratio of complete abortion was higher than those of the other two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05); the ratio of patients who got menstruous recovery within a normal amount of time was higher than those of the other two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:QGZXD has a good preventive and curative effect on vaginal hemorrhage induced by drug-induced abortion.
