摘要
目的 :评价原发性开角型青光眼 (开青 )各象限盘缘面积和神经纤维层 (retinalnervefiberlayerRNFL)厚度同常人的差异。探讨开青患者盘缘面积和RNFL厚度同视野一致性关系。方法 :利用海德堡激光眼底扫描仪 (HRT -Ⅱ )检测正常人和开青患者各象限盘缘面积和RNFL厚度 ,对比正常人和开青组之间的关系。并将开青组盘缘面积和RNFL厚度减少最大的象限与视野缺损较重部位进行一致性比较。结果 :正常人和开青患者各象限盘缘面积和RNFL厚度存在显著差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。开青患者盘缘面积和RNFL厚度减少最大的象限与视野缺损较重部位符合率达 89 5 %和 85 1%。结论 :激光眼底扫描仪 (HRT -Ⅱ )在检测原发性开青型青光眼有较好敏感性和特异性。
Objective:To study the area of optic rim and the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) in primary open angle glaucoma (POAG),and the relationship among rim area,RNFL thickness and visual field. Methods:The differences between POAG and normal volunteers on the rim area and RNFL thickness in quadrants under Heideberg retinal tomography-Ⅱ (HRT-Ⅱ) were analyzed.The consistency among the locations of obvious smaller rim area,obvious smaller RNFL thickness and obvious damaged visual field was investigated. Results:In the cases of POAG,the values of rim area and RNFL thickness were significantly lower than that in normal group.In most of the POAG patients,the much-affected locations of rim area and RNFL thickness were consistent with the much-damaged position of visual field;the rates of consistency were 89.5% and 85.1%,respectively. Conclusions:HRT-Ⅱ has better sensitivity and specificity in the observation of POAG.
