蛋白质芯片及临床应用

摘要 人类基因组排序工作的完成是人类医学史上的里程碑.基因芯片虽可在mRNA水平上分析整个基因组表达的情况,但生命活动的主体是人体内存在的10万种以上的蛋白质,发展蛋白质芯片这一高新技术已成为生物芯片领域的挑战性课题.本文仅对蛋白质芯片的基本原理、临床应用及前景等作简单介绍.
