倍诺喜表面麻醉下小切口非超声乳化白内障术

Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation under topical anesthesia with Benoxil

目的 :探讨倍诺喜表面麻醉下行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术的安全性及有效性。方法 :对 3 64例 ( 4 0 2只眼 )白内障患者在倍诺喜表面麻醉下行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术并观察其麻醉效果及术后视力。结果 :所有患者在表麻下均能很好地配合手术顺利完成 ,无一例改用其它麻醉方法。平均手术时间为 12 3 5分钟。术后 1天及 1周视力≥ 0 5者 ,分别占 62 44 %和 78 11%。结论 :倍诺喜表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术是安全有效的。

Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of topical anesthesia with Benoxil in non phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation using small incision. Methods:Under topical anesthesia with Benoxil,small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation were done in 364 patients(402 eyes),and the effectiveness of topical anesthesia and postoperative visual acuity were surveyed. Results:All operations were smoothly done under topical anesthesia with Benoxil,without any additional anesthesia and all the patients co operated very well with the operators during the operations.The mean duration of the operation was 12 35 minutes.The vision ≥0 5 was 62 44% at first postoperation day and 78 11% at 1 week postoperatively. Conclusions:Small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation under topical anesthesia with Benoxil is safe and effective.
