摘要
利用实验室合成的环己烷二甲醇 (CHDM )改性聚酯 ,采用DSC、光学解偏振结晶速度仪研究了改性聚酯的冷结晶温度 (Tc) ,熔点 (Tm) ,玻璃化温度 (Tg)和结晶速度 ( 1/t1 /2 ) ,并初步研究了改性聚酯薄膜拉伸温度、拉伸倍数对薄膜热收缩率的影响。结果表明 ,随改性剂CHDM加入量的增加 ,改性聚酯Tm 降低、Tc 增加 ,Tg 略有提高 ;与PET相比 ,1/t1 /2 明显下降。薄膜拉伸实验表明 。
The cold crystallization temperature(T c), melting point(T m) and crystallization rate(1/t 1/2) of polyesters modified by 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol(CHDM) were determined with differential scanning calorimeter and optical depolarization crystallization rate meter. The effects of drawing temperature and draw ratio on thermal shrinkage of the modified polyester film were studied. The results showed that T m decreased, T c increased and T g increased slightly with the amount of CHDM. The modified polyester was decreased much greater than PET in 1/t 1/2 . The film drawing experiments showed that extremely high draw ratio and drawing temperature were against producing polyester film with high thermal shrinkage.
