钛网前路椎管成形椎体融合治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的 评价自制卷式钛网行椎体间植骨融合治疗胸腰椎骨折的近期效果。方法 11例胸腰段椎体爆裂性骨折进行前路椎体次全切除减压,碎骨装入卷式钛网后行椎体间融合,加用内固定。术后3个月及半年进行X线片及CT评定。结果 术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,神经系统症状有改善,钛网内骨质和上下椎体骨质紧密连接。结论 该术式操作简便,植骨量大,融合效果好,不需取自体髂骨,费用低廉,近期效果满意,值得推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the short - term efficacy of homemadely curling Ti - net interbody fusion for the treatment of thora-columbar vertebral burst fracture. Methods Eleven patients with thoracolumbar vertebral burst fracture were treated by anterior vertebral body sub - total cut, curling Ti - net filled with bone fragment interbody fusion and internal fixation. The outcome was assessed on X - ray and CT radiography in 3 months and 6 months postoperatively. Results All incisions were primary healed. The nervous system symptom ameliorated. The bone in Ti - net were tightly junctive with upper and below vertebral body. Conclusion The way has a host of advantages, such as convenient procedures, cheap expense excellent short - term efficacy, larger capacity of auto graft bone and no using of iliac bone. It should be extend vestibule.
