摘要
目的 研究rhBMP、bFGF在预防胫骨平台骨折后诱发的骨性关节炎的作用。方法 本实验尝试在大鼠关节内分别植入rhBMP/纤维蛋白复合物及注入bFGF,通过HE染色法和免疫组化法观察在关节损伤处关节软骨的病理变化和胶原Ⅰ,胶原Ⅱ的表达,观察胫骨平台骨折后关节软骨的愈合情况。结果 在空白对照组,有少量的胶原表达,多见纤维组织增生;在rhBMP加药组和bFGF加药组,纤维组织生长明显减少,可见有大量软骨细胞再生,并有大量的胶原Ⅰ、胶原Ⅱ生成,且胶原表达的强度随时间增强;结论 rhBMP/bFGF均对抑制纤维组织的增生有作用,对预防胫骨平台塌陷性骨折后骨性关节炎的发生有着积极的影响。
Objective To research the effect of rhBMP/bFGF on preventing osteoarthritis after the collapsed articular cartilage on tibia platform fracture. Methods By planting of complex rhBMP/fibrin and injecting bFGF into collapsed articular cartilage of rate, through HE coloration and immunohistochemistry to observe the result of injured articular cartilage pathological change and expression of collagen Ⅰ and collagen Ⅱ , then confirm the effect of articular cartilage healing. Results Little collagen expression but much fibre tissue hyper-plasia can be seen in the blank control group; In the group of rhBMP and bFGF less fibre tissue were grown up and lots of cartilage cells are regeneration and collagen expression intensity of collagen is time-dependent increasing. Conclusion rhBMP/bFGF both have effect on restraining fibre tissue hyperplasia and play an important role on preventing osteoarthritis after the collapse articular cartilage tibia platform fracture.
