骨科基因治疗中腺病毒载体的应用进展

摘要 腺病毒载体(AdV)能利用病毒自身感染宿主细胞,简便有效地将目的基因导入细胞内,使其有效的表达.而且腺病毒为DNA病毒,极少发生插入突变,且载体操作方便、宿主广泛、容易繁殖、繁殖滴度高、装载容量大、表达时间多在几个月以内,所以,腺病毒正在成为骨科基因治疗中使用最多的载体之一.
