研制开发涤/粘混纺产业用布的生产实践

The Production Practice of Study and Development in T/R Blending Industrial Cloth

围绕涤 /粘混纺产业用布的质量要求 ,在纺纱、织布、整理三大车间 ,从原料选配、工艺参数调整、改善设备状态及操作方法改进等方面开展了近三个月的质量攻关活动。达到了理想的效果 ,十万米纱疵降到 35个以下 ,布面疵点每米不超过 2个 ,布面实物质量明显提高 ,满足了用户的要求。

The paper deals with the quality requirement of the T/R blending industrial cloth in the three factories of spinning,weaving,finishing,it takes almost three months to tackle key problems of quality from the aspects of the material selecting,the adjustment of process parameter,improving equipment state and the way of manipulation etc.Furthermore,the ideal result of tackling key one_hundred_thousand_meter yarn can be kept.Meanwhile,cloth faults can be kept within two and the quality of cloth object is improved obviously and as a result,it can meet the requirement of the users.
