摘要
探讨利用原有装置和公用工程的富余能力 ,更换和调整部分设备和工艺管线 ,通过工艺参数的调整和优化 ,对聚酯装置进行增容改造 ,由 330t/d增容至 370t/d。改造后设备运行稳定 ,产品质量达到了国内先进水平 ,大幅度降低了生产成本 。
Enlargement reformation by use of old plant and utility is discussed in the paper.Through changing or adjusting some machines and process pipes,and optimizing process parameters,the machines run smoothly after reformation,the melt output is increased from 330t/d to 370t/d,product quality is up to advanced level,and making production costs reduce,achieving remarkable economic benefits.
